Holds a bachelor degree from Chongqing University, a master degree from Peking University and a PHD degree from Wuhan University, Mr Yan is a senior engineer. He joined CSCEC in 1989 and was seconded to China Overseas twice in 1990 and 2001 respectively. He was appointed vice president of China Overseas Property Group in 2009. He was the director of General Office, chief information officer and assistant general manager of CSCEC from 2011 to 2014. He joined Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. in 2014 as executive director and senior vice president. He was appointed executive director and vice president of China Overseas in 2017. He became vice chairman and president in March 2018 and becomes chairman and president since December 2019. He has over 25 years'experience in construction and property business. He becomes the member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in 2023.

At present, Mr Yan is the Chairman and President of China Overseas Holdings Limited., Chairman and Executive Director of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited., Non-executive Director of China State Construction International Holdings Limited.

Mr Ma joined CSCEC group in 1998, was dispatched to CSCEC's headquarters in 2010 and was seconded to China Overseas in 2017. He has over 15 years'management experience in personnel administration and construction business.

At present, Mr Ma is the Director and Vice President of China Overseas Holdings Limited., Non-executive Director of China Overseas Property Holdings Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree from the Harbin Institute of Technology, a master degree from Hong Kong Baptist University and an executive master degree from Nankai University. Mr. Zhang joined CSCEC in 2000 and was seconded to the Group in 2002. Mr. Zhang has over 20 years'experience in construction engineering management.

At present, Mr. Zhang is the Director of China Overseas Holdings Limited., Chairman and Executive Director of China State Construction International Holdings Limited., Chairman and Non-executive Director of China State Construction Development Holdings Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree and a master degree from Chongqing University. Mr. Zhuang joined the Group in 2000. Mr. Zhuang has over 19 years'experience in corporate management.

At present, Mr. Zhuang is the Director of China Overseas Holdings Limited., Vice Chairman and Non-executive Director of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited., Chairman and Executive Director of China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree from the Southeast University. He joined the Group in 2001. Mr. Zhang has over 18 years'experience in property development and corporate management.

At present, Mr. Zhang is the Director of China Overseas Holdings Limited., Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree from the Shenyang Jianzhu University and a master degree from the Harbin Institute of Technology. He joined the Group in 1995. Mr. Zhang has 24 years'experience in property development and corporate management.

At present, Mr. Zhang is the Director of China Overseas Holdings Limited., Chairman and Executive Director of China Overseas Property Holdings Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree in Northeast Forestry University, Mr Tian is a senior economist. Mr Tian joined CSCEC group in 1995, was dispatched to CSCEC’s headquarters in 2004 and was seconded to China Overseas in 2021, He has over 25 years'management experience in human resources and construction business.

At present, Mr Tian is the Vice President of China Overseas Holdings Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree in Renmin University of China, a master degree from Fordham University, Mr Chao is a senior economist. Mr Chao joined CSCEC group in 1994, was dispatched to CSCEC's headquarters in 2008 and was seconded to China Overseas in 2021, He has over 29 years' management experience in administration, finance and construction business.

At present, Mr Chao is the Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of China Overseas Holdings Limited.

Holds a bachelor degree in Chongqing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture (now Chongqing University), Mr Yu is a professor-level senior engineer. Mr Yu joined CSCEC in 1993, and was seconded to China Overseas in 2023. He has more than 30 years of management experience in engineering and construction business.

At present, Mr Yu is the Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of China Overseas Holdings Limited.
