Care for the Elderly
Sheung Lok Estate, Tsz Lok Estate and Hoi Fu Court, properties that are currently under the Companyˇ¦s management, each has a block catering to senior citizens, with a total number of flats over 500. The Company has been very attentive to senior residentsˇ¦ living standard. It guarantees the facilities within the housing for senior citizens are all running normally and the living environment is clean and safe. On top of that, dedicated to senior citizensˇ¦ needs, the Company also holds community activities regularly.
Care for Students
Before the start of a new school year, which are July and August, the Company will invite professionals to organize school life adaptation programs for kids. Through the teaching of learning methods, living habits and road safety, etc., kids can have an all-rounded education, which helps them to adapt primary school life in the shortest period of time, and gain good academic results in schools. The programs are widely welcomed and positively commented.
Getting Close to Nature
The Company regularly holds activities for residents to get closer to nature, for instance like the "Greenfield Walk". Through these activities, residents and kids can have a chance to get closer to nature and observe our natural environment.
Leisure Activities
To enrich our residents' leisure time, each estate will regularly hold different kinds of leisure activities such as badminton competition and color painting competition for kids, which are beneficial to mind and body. We also invite professionals to be our judges for the competitions.
